Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver innovative, data-driven technology products focused on GenAI optionality, experimentation, polycloud enablement, cloud infrastructure for emerging business, data infrastructure, production reliability, and recovery platforms
  • Target Software Engineer user base to enable data, recovery, resiliency, and reliability for applications
  • Provide cloud and AI tooling for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities
  • Enable business agility through polycloud infrastructure products
  • Collaborate with tech teams on acceptance criteria and future feature design research
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving to MVP for feature testing
  • Use hypothesis-driven assessment to ensure products meet business needs
  • Prioritize feature development roadmaps and manage associated risks and processes
  • Act as product evangelist to build awareness and buy-in
  • Gain deep customer experience insights, fill product gaps, generate ideas for growth aligned to mission
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on impact
  • Conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technologies in agile environments
