Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Become subject matter expert on RAPP’s marketing operations ecosystem, business logic, processes, and procedures
  • Analyze ecosystem and data processes and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Assist with troubleshooting and analysis of ecosystem and data processing issues
  • Assist with discovery, analysis, and documentation of proposed changes to ecosystem and data processes
  • Create visualizations and documents to help others understand ecosystem and business requirements
  • Document marketing ecosystem, including technology, integrations, business logic, processes, and procedures
  • Validate, document, and communicate business requirements with relevant stakeholders (client/agency)
  • Educate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing operations to ensure data processing strategies align with business objectives and operational needs
  • Work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned work
