Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, with experience in leading end-to-end implementations of complex solutions. A deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly agentic AI workflows, and the ability to evaluate and optimize AI performance from a customer perspective are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will lead the implementation of agentic AI workflows for enterprise customers, managing the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to post-deployment optimization. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical roadblocks. Responsibilities also include monitoring AI Employee performance, establishing evaluation criteria, analyzing usage patterns for optimization, training customers on AI Employee utilization, managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, conducting business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities.
