Requirements

Experienced in managing renowned AAA game development teams
Proficient in Unreal Engine, with knowledge of GaaS (Games as a Service) architecture and performance optimization
Game development experience, PC/console experience is a plus
Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably international studios
English as a working language for interaction with stakeholders in various regions

Responsibilities

Conduct technical reviews of Level Infinite game projects, identifying risks and providing guidance
Lead teams to resolve technical issues supporting Level Infinite’s game studios, focusing on engine development, game tools, game architecture, and game services
Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments
