Bachelor’s degree or master’s with substantial recruitment experience in Vietnam; SEA experience is desirable
6+ years of highly productive and progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with candidate generation in a highly complex and competitive market
5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leadership, including guiding executive leaders through challenging, global search processes with an emphasis on securing talent from different industries
6+ years’ experience of recruiting senior candidates into the areas of engineering, commercial and corporate roles (from in-house or executive-level search partner)
Strong project management skills; capable of developing and executing thoughtful project/recruiting strategies and adapting as required
Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation
Understanding of the importance of driving ATS use and data integrity; Workday experience desirable but not essential
Experienced senior recruiter who is creative, open-minded, navigates complex organizations, agile, adaptable, precise, embraces innovation
Responsibilities
Independently deliver end-to-end recruiting for complex engineering and commercial roles up to Director level
Source candidates from a range of various industries to identify complementary skills and capabilities
Apply strategic thought in designing and executing sourcing strategies for complex and senior roles
Build pipelines of highly qualified and interested candidates by proactively approaching and recruiting top-level talent from a range of industry sectors
Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on interviewing and the recruitment process
Ensure Workday is updated and candidates are correctly processed through the system as required
Engage 3rd party suppliers when required and proactively manage and monitor their performance
Participate & support local and regional TA projects and ad hoc assignments
Own the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black & Decker
Collaborate with business hiring managers and HR colleagues to execute recruitment strategy and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
