Responsibilities

  • Advise on and implement best practices across Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Co-Pilot, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Configure, manage, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and security
  • Configure, manage and maintain Elsevier’s Slack grid environment and its workspaces, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and security
  • Develop and enforce Power Platform/Co-Pilot governance policies, helping the business adopt low-code/AI tools responsibly and effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Act as a technical SME and escalation point for Microsoft & Slack collaboration productivity platforms
  • Deliver enhancements and new features within the M365 & Slack ecosystem and foster end-user adoption
  • Work closely with Productivity Squad Leads and business units to roll out and maintain M365 and Power Platform capabilities
  • Mentor Engineers at various levels, lead lunch-and-learn sessions, and participate in agile team ceremonies
