Responsibilities

Advise on and implement best practices across Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Co-Pilot, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Configure, manage, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and security
Configure, manage and maintain Elsevier’s Slack grid environment and its workspaces, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and security
Develop and enforce Power Platform/Co-Pilot governance policies, helping the business adopt low-code/AI tools responsibly and effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Act as a technical SME and escalation point for Microsoft & Slack collaboration productivity platforms
Deliver enhancements and new features within the M365 & Slack ecosystem and foster end-user adoption
Work closely with Productivity Squad Leads and business units to roll out and maintain M365 and Power Platform capabilities
Mentor Engineers at various levels, lead lunch-and-learn sessions, and participate in agile team ceremonies
