Willingness to be fully onsite during the initial training period, followed by a hybrid work model is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Senior Systems Analyst will lead the design, configuration, and support of systems that facilitate member transactions and data management. They will oversee the migration of the core system, including member data, to a new platform within the next 12 months. Additionally, they will participate in an on-call rotation for Saturdays with other team members and enhance system performance through data coding and SQL.
