Senior System Engineer, Collaboration

The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and administration of tools and systems across the Business Technology Team, driving scale across multiple systems, and designing and implementing integrations. This role involves cultivating relationships with business partners and stakeholders, delivering security initiatives, and creating optimal user experiences. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships through trust and operational excellence, mentoring other members of the BizTech engineering and operational groups, and balancing user experience needs with security and compliance requirements. The engineer will provide intuitive technology experiences through technical and business process improvements, partner to build and deliver a System Roadmap, and own architecture and technology choices critical to company growth. They will collaborate with Compliance/Security to deliver solutions addressing identified gaps and build out the team through mentorship and participation in hiring efforts.
