As a Senior Support Engineer, the individual will independently solve customer questions and problems to ensure a smooth customer experience, actively participate in evaluating and improving existing processes, provide hands-on support to key customers to overcome technical challenges, work in close cooperation with quality assurance, test, and developer teams, proactively improve products and documentation, acquire technical know-how to understand customer challenges, be the first point of contact for customer requests, occasionally be on-call, and maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
