Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Administration, or a related field, and have at least 6-8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering with demonstrated growth in previous roles, showcasing both technical depth and leadership. Strong experience with modern cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code technologies is required, along with a solid understanding of multi-regional environments and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, the candidate will design and build major new infrastructure components and platforms to support Raya’s growing needs, lead the Kubernetes strategy, design and implement container orchestration solutions, optimize infrastructure for maximum application performance, implement SLOs, monitoring, and observability solutions to ensure high reliability, apply in-depth knowledge of AWS to design scalable architectures, participate in on-call rotations and lead incident resolution, enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies, integrate AI tools into infrastructure workflows, collaborate with security teams to implement secure infrastructure, and mentor other infrastructure engineers.
