Requirements

Relevant Higher education in economics or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems in finance, ideally with Unit4 ERP
Strong understanding of Unit4 ERP Core functionalities, or similar ERP finance solutions
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic technical knowledge (e.g., databases, integrations, system logic)
Strong communication skills and fluent in English and Norwegian (verbal and written)
Good customer-facing skills and ability to implement customer service concepts
Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Solution-oriented and communicative
Independent, yet enjoys collaborating in a team
Curious about technology and system development
Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical users

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support for Unit4 ERP Core, especially within finance and accounting
Troubleshoot and analyze both technical and functional issues, including investigating, processing, and documenting application issues
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and product owners to improve system functionality
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Participate in improvement initiatives and customer dialogues
Serve as the first point of contact for customers on IT and Business Application related questions for Unit4 solutions
Provide expert guidance and support with a strong focus on finance modules and technical understanding
Help customers resolve issues and optimize their use of the system
