Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
4+ years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research)
Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis and output generation
Quick learner who is able to translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights
Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities
Proficiency in Excel modeling and generating data-driven insights
(Plus) Strong modeling skills
(Plus) Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning

Responsibilities

Spearhead the strategic direction of core products (e.g., Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card and Pay)
Assist the Strategy team to conceptualize, execute and monitor key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success
Develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments and other relevant domains
Develop optimal pricing strategies for core products
Conduct market research & analysis, developing thematic research memos to advise on market/sub-sector strategy
Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end, including timeline/deliverable planning, tracking and reporting
Design & draft requirements for new products or features
Decide & analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement
Evaluate & drive strategic partnerships & investments
Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications & strategic pivots
At a product level: Design & drive new features to success
At a company level: Define & align business priorities with management
At an industry level: Generate insights & views on the market
