Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing
  • Indirect Category Management experience and expertise in Category Management principles and frameworks (e.g., Facility Management, Construction, utility)
  • Experience in factory Facility management (e.g., HVAC/Air Compressor System)
  • Solid experience working in international matrix organizations across functions and cultures
  • Excellent data analysis, communication, and project management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
  • Work experience in Healthcare/Medical Device industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and implement category strategies for Facility management and Construction/utility
  • Accountable for day-to-day operational sourcing projects in Facility management and Construction
  • Provide project management and sourcing expertise to cross-functional teams
  • Accountable for target delivery, drive savings, payment terms, and compliance improvement through effective methods
  • Negotiate, establish, and monitor supplier agreements
  • Perform Supplier Relationship Management
  • Conduct vendor stratification
  • Track and review vendor performance
  • Ensure Compliance & Risk Control
  • Make sure all sourcing activities align with company policy and procedures
