Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships; understand needs, use consultative skills to close sales, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver tailored presentations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities
  • Support resolution of customer disputes and account discrepancies, providing solutions to billing, installation, and other issues
  • Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions
  • Acquire new business and conduct customer visits in the field; collaborate with team from assigned office when not in the field
  • Meet with customers and engage in sales activities at customer sites; communicate via phone, teleconference, e-mail related to proposed solutions/sales; travel to/from customer premises for sales activities
