Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Decision Scientist will analyze large datasets using advanced analytical and statistical techniques to inform growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include developing and implementing forecasting models, leveraging quantitative analysis for decision support, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Data Science teams. This role also involves building sophisticated reporting tools, designing metrics to track performance, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
