Candidates must have deep expertise in AI/ML systems design, personalization, and experience working within Digital Technology (DT) and enterprise software environments. A strong understanding of building scalable AI/ML systems for personalization, intent recognition, semantic search, and conversational capabilities is essential. Experience with real-time (online) and batch (offline) inference systems, reusable AI services, APIs, and tools is required. Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including feature stores, vector databases, and large language model (LLM) frameworks, is necessary. Experience guiding solution development for GenAI applications like RAG, prompt workflows, and model fine-tuning is also required.
The Senior Staff AI Architect will design and implement scalable AI/ML systems to enhance personalization, intent recognition, semantic search, and conversational capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. They will take ownership of the architecture for real-time and batch inference systems, partner with ML engineers and data architects on data pipelines and model integration, and build reusable AI services, APIs, and tools. This role involves assessing and recommending AI/ML infrastructure, guiding GenAI application development, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into core workflows and customer experiences. The architect will also provide technical insight, support architectural alignment, and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical services.
