Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end mobility support for all types of international/expatriate employees, including visa processing, relocation, and compliance operations
  • Regularly review process milestones, proactively identify potential delays or compliance risks, develop contingency plans, and intervene in advance to mitigate operational and legal exposures
  • Respond promptly to mobility-related inquiries and requests from employees and business units, providing accurate, clear, and professional solutions
  • Escalate complex cases or exceptional situations not covered by existing policies in a timely manner, while offering feasible recommendations based on regulations and company guidelines to facilitate swift resolution
  • Continuously monitor changes in Chinese immigration policies and industry trends, propose forward-looking process improvement suggestions aligned with evolving business needs to enhance team responsiveness and service quality
  • Take charge of building the team’s knowledge base, promoting process standardization and automation to improve overall efficiency and professional reputation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, conduct regular performance reviews of core suppliers, ensure they understand Disney culture and service requirements through training and communication, and boost collaboration efficiency and support quality
  • Guide interns in their daily work, helping them quickly adapt to work rhythms and ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of tasks
  • Work closely with other HR teams within Shanghai Disney Resort to establish effective collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Strictly adhere to all human resources policies, company guidelines, and compliance requirements, ensuring all tasks are completed with high quality within legally and company-specified timelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including leading or participating in special projects based on business needs
