Candidates should possess demonstrated experience structuring multi-faceted partnership agreements, ideally for industrial, chemical, or infrastructure projects, with experience in carbon projects being a plus; they should have experience with partnership negotiations and contracting, be an analytical problem solver capable of structuring solutions for diverse sourcing requirements, demonstrate familiarity working with external clients and a track record of successful client management, and possess business development, origination, or similar experience; a legal, science, or engineering background is considered a plus.
The Senior Sourcing Strategist will manage procurement processes for clients, establish and grow partnerships with project developers, and structure agreements to help accelerate the supply of high-quality carbon removals into the market, developing project developer and supplier relationships, prospecting of high-quality carbon credit, SAF, and REC suppliers, understanding key technical aspects of each technology vertical, cultivating, maintaining, and engaging prospects through tailored sourcing applications, and meeting fast-paced deadlines.
