Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products coupled with customer-facing experience. A strong understanding of communications technology and experience with cloud-based solutions are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with sales teams to execute pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, demonstrations, and technical presentations. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers, leading technical discovery and designing innovative solutions to address business challenges. The role involves building and presenting product demonstrations, recommending best-practice solutions, and guiding customers on API usage. Additionally, the engineer will identify and solve problems within the organization and contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing and creating reusable materials.
