Requirements

  • Based in the Boston/Greater Boston area (remote position requiring regular in-person travel in the region)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong knowledge of Tines no-code automation and apply it to security & IT operations challenges
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers and key alliance partners, communicating Tines' value and differentiation
  • Build and demo Tines Stories with customers to demonstrate value and win sales
  • Manage the technical decision process with customers, including setting and managing expectations in proof of concepts and evaluations
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases supporting competitive account strategies
  • Support enablement of priority channel and technical alliance partners, and assist their pre-sales engineers on engagements
  • Provide market feedback to the product organization
  • Contribute to the knowledge base with customer experiences, technical competitive insights, new automation stories, etc
  • Support the Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and refining operations into best practices
  • Drive strategic direction for sales engineering in the region, aligning with business goals
  • Act as a senior voice for the SE team in setting direction for sales engineering in the NAMER region
  • Mentor and guide other sales engineers for professional growth and skill development
  • Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars to establish thought leadership
  • Lead design and implementation of complex automation solutions for high-profile customers
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
