Requirements

Candidates should have experience in product analytics, data strategy, and growth stack architecture. Expertise in Amplitude's product, including its AI capabilities, is required, along with the ability to lead technical conversations regarding data import, quality, and governance. Experience in a consultative, customer-facing role, including leading product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements, is essential. The ability to travel to customer locations is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

Senior Solutions Engineers will partner with sales teams to engage enterprise and emerging enterprise customers, guiding product, data, and marketing leaders through technical and strategic discovery. They will design and deliver product demonstrations, run discovery sessions, and own proofs of value, showcasing Amplitude's platform to solve business challenges. Responsibilities include advising prospects on data strategy and growth stack architecture, providing guidance on integration methods, and scoping hands-on evaluations. Additionally, they will act as an in-house expert on Amplitude's product, assist in training new team members, and contribute to the product roadmap by relaying feedback from the field to product management.
