Candidates must possess very strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Previous experience working for a SaaS provider in a customer-facing, technical capacity is required. Intermediate to strong technical experience with SQL, APIs, Postman, Linux/shell/CLI environments, and scripting languages like Python or GoLang is necessary. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, both via web and CLI, is also needed.
Solutions Engineers will serve as primary technical points of contact for B2B and B2C customers, assisting them with launching and maintaining API integrations. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, conducting technical calls, providing customized reference code, and helping to build and scale internal tool suites and infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with Sales and Partner Success teams, acting as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, and bridging communication between SentiLink's business and technical teams. Documentation of business needs, bugs, and processes using tools like Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, and MkDocs is also a key responsibility.
