Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in consultative sales or solution selling, particularly within the experience research or customer experience space. Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Mutual Success Planning is essential, as is demonstrated expertise in utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices and experience managing Proof of Concepts (POCs) are also required.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will be responsible for determining and driving the strategic, operational, and technical scope of customer business challenges, aligning solutions with positive business outcomes, and leading the development and execution of comprehensive mutual success plans. They will hold Sales Representatives accountable for strategy execution, manage the end-to-end POC process, demonstrate platform expertise, enable other team members, address security-related objections, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
