Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in a technical consulting or solutions architecture role, with a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, including Kubernetes, Prometheus, and related services. Experience with customer engagement, project management, and technical delivery is also desired.
The Senior Solutions Architect will provide specialized business and technical consultation to customers, guiding them to achieve their objectives using Grafana, and manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption of Grafana offerings and features, delivering packaged training, quick-starts, and specialized consulting for high-priority customers. They will also monitor support requests to identify recurring issues, advocate for customer needs with product teams, and contribute to ongoing support to ensure customers continue to receive value from Grafana products and projects.
