Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a similar role, with a strong background in relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with web application development, including Python, C#, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) and Node.js is preferred. Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to translate technical concepts, are required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Architect (APAC) will uncover and understand business and technical requirements, design and architect technical solutions built on the Supabase platform, and work closely with customers to lead proof-of-value implementations. They will also provide regular customer engagements to answer complex questions, unblock adoption, and optimize scaled performance, as well as collaborate with customers on onboarding, understand customer goals, and serve as an internal champion for their needs. Additionally, they will deliver on synchronous and asynchronous engagements with customers, including application architecture assessments and proactive support to enable customers to scale with confidence.
