Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in Presales, with a strong focus on HCM and SaaS solutions, and a deep understanding of employee engagement, talent, people analytics, recruiting, and learning. Proven experience with various internal and external stakeholders, particularly the Chief Human Resources Office (CHRO), is required, along with strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver creative and engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Consultant will connect business needs with Workday solutions by crafting high-quality content and delivering presentations to help customers transform and streamline their business. They will collaborate with the sales organization to build a compelling vision of the Workday solution and differentiate it as part of a value selling approach. This role involves providing in-depth HCM product knowledge, assisting in assessing customer needs, preparing product specifications, and providing consultation to prospective users. Additionally, the consultant will respond to prospect Request for Proposals and assist with demonstrating Workday solutions.
