Requirements
Candidates should possess a higher education degree in Management Accounting, Information Technology, or Business Administration, along with more than 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting (Presales) for software solutions. They should also have industry expertise of 5+ years in Public Sector, Professional Services Organizations & Not for Profit, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and business needs, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis, value proposition development, business case creation, persuasive presentation delivery, and effective closing techniques.
Responsibilities
The Senior Solution Consultant will understand buyers’ business challenges and accurately demonstrate how Unit4 solutions can address them by researching and discovering customer challenges and goals, becoming their voice in the sales process, and delighting and inspiring customers to achieve desired outcomes. They will act as a trusted advisor, leading customers and colleagues, adapting, planning, and mobilizing people, and serving as an expert in Unit4 solutions, selling the value of Unit4 and differentiating it from other vendors, while supporting end-to-end sales cycles within CRM, ERP, and accounting software organizations.
