Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, preferably within the digital experience analytics or customer intelligence space. Strong experience with consultative selling methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message, is essential. Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is required, as is a deep understanding of digital experience analytics, including web, mobile, and app analytics.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant will design and deliver immersive product demonstrations, lead discovery sessions, and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to showcase Contentsquare’s value to prospective customers. They will partner with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buying journey, advise customers on digital experience strategies, and engage technical stakeholders on platform architecture and best practices. Furthermore, they will scope and guide platform evaluations, share product feedback, and stay current on industry trends and product updates.
