Requirements

Candidates must have experience drafting for large-scale buildings, including commercial, industrial, or data centers. The ability to produce construction documents, MEP layouts, and white space plans is essential. Strong MEP coordination skills and familiarity with architectural/engineering workflows are required, along with experience with BIM standards and advanced Revit family creation and troubleshooting skills. Detail-orientation, strong quality control, and effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams are also necessary. AutoCAD familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Revit Specialist will develop and maintain detailed Revit models for large-scale projects, producing accurate construction documents, MEP layouts, power one-lines, and white space plans. Responsibilities include supporting data center white space drafting, reviewing models for design conflicts, and coordinating closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams. The role also involves acting as a Revit resource for the team, sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and supporting design reviews.
