Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will architect and build best-in-class solutions for athlete care technology, including external communications, chat, IVR, and GenAI. They will perform business/software analysis, drive the development of new and existing software, and ensure software is fast, secure, and reliable. Responsibilities include monitoring and correcting software defects, producing design concepts and prototypes, recommending technical optimizations, and contributing to the software roadmap. The engineer will also diagnose and correct faults, assign short-term work schedules, and mentor junior engineers. They will research and interpret data trends, work across multiple channels, and maintain an understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices.
