Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Developer, with strong proficiency in backend development, ideally using Rust and frameworks like sqlx or axum, or equivalent experience in systems-level languages with a willingness to learn Rust. Experience in REST API design and development, Postgres, relational data modeling, and writing clean, maintainable code with automated tests is required. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including the OWASP Top 10, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Full Stack Developer will complete tickets independently, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and assist in estimating timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include researching product and feature-based solutions, architecting and building backend frameworks, contributing to front-end structure, and developing user-friendly web applications using TypeScript, Rust, Angular, and Postgres. The role involves ensuring code quality through peer reviews, writing clean and maintainable code with good test coverage, implementing secure coding practices, participating in agile methodologies, enhancing application scalability and performance, and providing technical mentorship to peers.
