- Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Information System, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
- Five years of experience in job offered or related occupation
- 5 years of experience in programming language with JAVA
- 5 years of experience in programming language with Python
- 5 years of experience in programming language with C, C++
- 5 years of experience in programming language with Javascript, Typescript
- 5 years of experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL

Responsibilities
- Develop the social integration with Zoom Contact Center
- Implement the message protocol transforming for Zoom Contact Center chat channel
- Develop the Zoom Contact Center video channel related service
- Develop real-time data and historical analytics reports services to help customer better understand their Contact Center's service levels, wait times, call volume, and more
- Develop Zoom co-browse (collaborative browsing) service, which provides the ability for agent and the end customer to securely and simultaneously navigate, interact with the same web page at the same time
- Optimize the service for availability, performance and scalability
- Customer tickets handling and troubleshooting
