U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain TSA Public Trust (or DHS Public Trust Clearance)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
Strong proficiency in AWS services, including AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, S3, and others
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player, willing to follow directions and take initiative

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and partners to understand business needs and scenarios
Lead or participate in meetings to gather and refine requirements, defining constraints and objectives using business, technical, and industry knowledge
Engage stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of customer goals
Support project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and contributing to key documentation
Communicate business value of proposed solutions and implement strategies to mitigate technical and business risks
Manage personal workload and maintain regular communication with project leaders
Proactively identify and address issues or risks, engaging stakeholders for timely resolution
Write and maintain integration and unit tests to ensure feature reliability and performance
Apply product expertise to collaborate on project and release planning
Take ownership of writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable code
Resolve complex system integration challenges across team boundaries
