Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript, and modern frameworks is essential, along with experience in modular, component-based UI development and cloud technologies. A strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and development principles is required, as is experience with modern development methodologies like Lean or Agile and continuous deployments. Bonus skills include experience with cloud services platforms such as AWS or Azure, Python, Machine Learning algorithms, and working with Message Queues.

Responsibilities

The role involves collaborating with teammates on problem-solving approaches and working closely with other groups and product management to define, implement, and integrate the platform with other Adobe services. Responsibilities include prototyping, developing, unit-testing, and deploying web components and features, supporting modern development practices, and writing tests for scalable, high-quality solutions. The engineer will also demonstrate designs and test scenarios, perform code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and respond to reviewer feedback.
