Principal Software Developer, Crypto

Candidates must have extensive experience in the crypto/blockchain industry with a proven track record of hands-on development and technical leadership. Deep familiarity with integrating DEXs, wallet providers, and smart contract protocols, including advanced use cases, is essential. An expert understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transaction mechanics, gas optimization, and security considerations, is required. Extensive experience with Ethereum and other major blockchain networks, including Layer 2 solutions, and the ability to evaluate new protocols is necessary. Expert knowledge of smart contract development and interaction (EVM/SVM), with experience in auditing and optimizing contracts, is crucial. In-depth knowledge of DeFi protocols, AMMs, and decentralized exchange mechanisms, including emerging trends, is required. A comprehensive understanding of crypto security best practices, including advanced key management and multi-signature implementations, is needed. Extensive experience with Web3 libraries and tools (ethers.js, web3.js, etc.), and the ability to contribute to open-source tools, is expected. A strong background in backend development with languages like Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, or Python, with experience in designing scalable systems, is required. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to strategically influence the rapidly evolving crypto landscape are necessary. A passion for decentralized finance is also required.
