Responsibilities

  • Amplify Leadership Voice: Position the co-founder as the go-to voice on AI-ready data organizations with weekly content calendars, rapid responses to industry shifts, and amplified event participation
  • Build Advocacy at Scale: Create a structured Atlanian advocacy program with content kits, templates, and recognition systems that inspire participation across the company
  • Create Edutainment Content: Launch flagship series that make complex topics simple and fun — from “Data Disasters” deep dives to “Metadata Memes.” Use polls, threads, and conversations to drive interaction
  • Showcase Team & Culture: Bring Atlan’s product and engineering excellence, values, and remote-first culture to life through stories that attract top talent and humanize our brand
  • Drive Growth: Follower and engagement growth across LinkedIn, X, and co-founder profiles
  • Spark Engagement: Spark meaningful conversations and advocacy among the humans of data — turning founders, employees, and community members into active voices of the Atlan story
  • Generate Business Impact: Pipeline generation from social, stronger employer brand, and increased customer advocacy
