Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will manage AWS infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and cost efficiency, improve monitoring and observability using DataDog for proactive issue detection, empower developers by standardizing and commoditizing infrastructure through self-service methods like GitOps and APIs, enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Github and AWS services for smooth deployments, lead containerization efforts with Kubernetes to improve efficiency and scalability, optimize cloud performance by tuning resources, troubleshoot complex issues quickly across AWS environments, implement security best practices to meet compliance and data protection standards, stay up-to-date on cloud technologies and recommend improvements, and mentor junior engineers while promoting a culture of learning and collaboration, working cross-functionally to build AWS-based solutions that meet business needs.
