Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Headway, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s mental healthcare system, focusing on building and scaling the therapist network and improving the therapist onboarding process. You will also be involved in projects such as SEO optimization and referral program development, while utilizing monitoring tools like Datadog and Sentry to ensure system reliability and performance. Furthermore, you will contribute to vulnerability management through the use of tools like Snyk and Semgrep, and maintain code quality through version control using Github.
