Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of product and market of ultrasound business in Thailand
  • Ability to present and demonstrate GE ultrasound products
  • Develop strong relationships with departmental and technical decision makers in assigned accounts
  • Work with equipment sales team to gain access to customer decision makers

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving Operating Plan targets for service revenue, profit margin, equipment orders, and sales
  • Ensure pricing compliance for opportunities to maximise business profit
  • Accurately forecast orders and sales within Salesforce through management of opportunities
  • Create business plans for territory/assigned accounts, including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets
  • Build strong business relationships and formulate account strategies and plans with equipment team colleagues
  • Maintain customer records, profiles, and interactions in GEHC’s CRM tools
  • Track and communicate market trends, including competitor data, and develop counter-strategies
  • Own service contract customer queries and resolve with relevant teams
  • Prepare for customer visits and supplier performance reviews, including reporting and presenting performance data
  • Proactively share ultrasound product and market intelligence with commercial teams
  • Actively collaborate with product team to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success
  • Understand customer business and technical problems and develop creative solutions and product configurations
  • Utilise GE resources, product marketing, and promotional materials to support customer decision-making
  • Manage service contract opportunity funnel to maximise win rate
  • Manage contractual process, including negotiating terms, minimising risk, and liaising with legal/commercial stakeholders
  • Identify and create new opportunities for system upgrades and increase prospect funnel
  • Create and maintain opportunities in the applicable territory
  • Own order and configuration quality at point of entry for accuracy and integrity
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
  • Develop strong, long-term customer relationships while collaborating with Equipment Sales Team, Central Commercial Service Team, Service Delivery Managers, Field Service Engineers, and back office support
