Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, configuration, and development
Knowledge of the latest SAP HCM trends, tools, and technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system issues
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
English and German – working proficiency level
SAP HCM certification or related SAP certifications (preferred)
Experience with some of the cloud-based HR solutions (preferred)
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies (preferred)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand human resources processes and requirements
Participate on ceremonies to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
Design and recommend SAP HCM solutions that align with best practices and business goals
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll
Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP HCM landscape
Understanding the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP and third-party systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, payroll interfaces)
Provide troubleshooting for SAP HCM systems
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within SAP HCM, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the SAP HCM environment
