Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems
5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with strong hands-on configuration expertise in R2R
Working knowledge of P2P and O2C processes and their integration with SAP MM and SD modules
Deep understanding of Controlling (CO) components: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and COPA
Experience in supporting financial closing activities and external/internal reporting
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and modern finance automation tools is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Basic ABAP knowledge preferred
Independent and committed way of working and ability to work in a team

Responsibilities

Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI solutions, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Transfer Pricing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and accounting stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and system configuration
Provide functional expertise and collaborate on cross-functional processes involving P2P and O2C, working with MM and SD integration points
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and functional specifications
Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes and recommend SAP best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and implement innovative finance solutions
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and audit requirements
Process incidents and other requests from stakeholders and continuously monitor and maintain the system
