Requirements

Candidates must have five or more years of direct experience with the Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module in a college or university setting. Experience implementing the module, streamlining student billing, payment processing, refunds, and collections using Colleague, and troubleshooting technical and functional issues are required. Strong oral and written communication, customer service skills, self-direction, problem-solving expertise, and experience developing student accounts reports are essential. Knowledge of Colleague's application across various institutional types is necessary, and the ability to travel is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Colleague Consultant will provide implementation support, including training, functional consulting, and technical assistance at client sites. Responsibilities include analyzing current business processes for student billing, payments, refunds, and collections, and suggesting technological improvements for efficiency and compliance. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives, propose and implement continuous improvements for the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module, and coordinate with teams for successful project delivery within timelines. They will also stay current on industry best practices and advancements in Ellucian Colleague and student account technology.
