Responsibilities

  • Execute long-term comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from scoping, planning to execution
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives, gathering requirements and providing solutions across departments
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features for productivity, efficiency, and customer engagement
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated with Salesforce trends and ensure team certifications/training
  • Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce workflows, processes, and integrations
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with legal and stakeholders
  • Partner with business units (Financial Operations, IT, Product Development) to troubleshoot issues and drive synergies
  • Manage complex Salesforce integrations for seamless data flow and alignment
  • Drive implementation and alignment of Salesforce with other systems and data governance
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics in Salesforce
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and usage, providing data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with business units to define and track KPIs
