Requirements

The Senior Salesforce Developer should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including administration, development, and customization. Experience with integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as payment gateways, fundraising technology providers, user identity management systems, and email service providers is required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, automation, UI design, security (including SSO), testing, and best practices is also necessary. A solid understanding of data governance policies and maintaining system integrity and security is essential.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, Audience Products, you will understand multi-level NPR audience needs, analyze and iterate Salesforce processes to connect audience experiences and staff facilitation, enable the use of Salesforce managed data to inform user experiences on NPR products, lead new platform development to implement Salesforce code, maintain system integrity and security, optimize and refactor existing code, and manage deployment processes. You will proactively identify and implement efficient, scalable, and sustainable Salesforce solutions for product requirements to help NPR achieve its strategic goals.
