Responsibilities

  • Administer and execute training programs for the ARDx Cardiometabolic team
  • Assess employee skills, performance, and productivity; provide written evaluations with improvement recommendations
  • Develop and maintain content for the ARDx learning platform, including training materials and competency repositories
  • Oversee training in key areas such as product knowledge, sales strategies, internal processes, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Definitive Health)
  • Research and implement new training materials and programs to enhance procedures and add organizational value
  • Manage onboarding new hires, including assigning training and coordinating with Field Trainers and Coaches
  • Identify future training needs and design a curriculum to address them
  • Maintain high-level communication with the Training Director, Sales Director, Marketing, and Regional Managers to align training initiatives
  • Estimate, develop, and manage budgets for training classes and programs
  • Track certification results and report management; ensure compliance with ARDx training programs (e.g., Miller Heiman, Scotworks, Insights Discovery)
  • Serve as a resource for field coaches and sales leadership, guiding skill development and career progression
  • Identify gaps in training content and continuously improve programs for field teams
  • Oversee mentoring programs for Field Coaches and senior sales roles
  • Collaborate with the Training Team to guide Field Trainers and Coaches, ensuring consistent content and delivery
