Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in sales transformation and go-to-market strategies, preferably within a technology-related Sales/Revenue Operations department. Demonstrated expertise in sales go-to-market design, including organizational structures, roles, and goals, is essential. The role requires knowledge of sales metrics, experience in improving sales discipline for performance enhancement, and the ability to present to large executive audiences. Experience working within a global SaaS enterprise and managing senior team members in complex environments is necessary, along with proficiency in Gen AI and advanced PowerPoint skills for strategy presentation. A passion for conducting internal and external research to leverage best practices is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Strategy Manager will assess current B2B sales functions and industry best practices to recommend and design tailored sales strategies and commercial solutions for Experian's evolving go-to-market approach. Responsibilities include revamping sales organizational structures, focusing on subscription/SaaS models and roles like Client Success Manager, and recommending changes to compensation models to motivate sellers and drive business growth, with a particular emphasis on multi-year deals and new business acquisition. This role involves partnering with global sales teams to implement sales transformation solutions, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external consultants, and acting as a leader/owner for key projects supporting Sales and Business Strategy.
