The ideal candidate should possess 8+ years of experience in sales strategy and planning, with experience in high-growth, performance-driven B2B technology companies, particularly within SaaS and consumption-based business models, and sales teams exceeding 100 people. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and strategic thinking are also required, along with exceptional communication skills and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Manager, you will lead annual, semi-annual, and quarterly sales planning processes, including org design, headcount deployment, capacity planning, goal setting, and quota assignment. You will analyze and track sales productivity, partner with GTM leadership and RevOps teams to optimize the GTM engine, serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, and lead and support ad-hoc GTM strategic projects, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
