Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks from merch and IIC Team, ensuring seasonal product flow, optimize in-season trading, and replenishment to maximize account results
  • Plan account business: forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge
  • Ensure best presentation of stories and products at account (digital & B&M) aligned with One Nike Marketplace strategy
  • Build premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline, and obsess over product launch journeys across account platform ecosystem
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of account by managing end-to-end business
  • Manage complex high-level partnerships independently with high standards, using problem-solving skills, and contribute to team performance
  • Collaborate on partner Milan experience at sell-in, co-own E2E showroom experience, working with office admin, Milan Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners (e.g., merch) for excellent sell-in
  • Ensure recurring representation, presence, and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visits, staff training, competitor knowledge), within T&E budget
  • Implement MPU and account strategies complementing Nike Marketplace vision
  • Create and drive right assortment for partner to contribute to net revenue growth
  • Execute Nike Consumer Code end-to-end on seasonal basis, including showroom & sell-in excellence
