Deel is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to be a strategic partner to the business and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role involves autonomously leading strategic projects focused on accelerating global revenue, encompassing strategy, operations, and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, analyze, and present critical data insights to audiences ranging from field sales to senior GTM leadership.
• Develop and recommend operational and process streamlining improvements through tools and automated workflows to enable faster decision-making.
• Standardize and implement best practices to drive global and functional alignment across the GTM organization.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing large-scale initiatives that drive revenue.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a revenue/sales/business analytics or operations function, preferably within a hyper-growth startup or tech company.
• Superb skills in SQL, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Visualization Tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven ability to independently solve problems and manage complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution, delivering significant impact.
• Outstanding modeling and presentation skills with demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights.
• Impeccable communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and influence stakeholders in a fully remote setup.
