The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound prospecting and in-person field selling, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. They will build long-term partnerships by managing and growing acquired accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and conducting business reviews with key clients. This role also involves collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
